Mac setup & manual server settings
First time on Mac
- Open Apple menu → About This Mac. If you see an Apple Chip, choose Apple Silicon. If you see an Intel Processor, choose Intel.
- Open the downloaded DMG, drag RustDesk into Applications, then open RustDesk.
- In RustDesk, open Settings → Network → ID/Relay Server and enter the server settings below.
- To let support view and control your Mac, allow RustDesk in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and Screen Recording (called Screen & System Audio Recording on some versions). Restart RustDesk if prompted.
